cfengine v2.0.6 compile error

I had a problem compiling a cfengine V2.0.6 on a Sun I was hoping you
can help debug. The error is below.
I first ran ./configure and that ran clean, but when I run the gmake it
fails with the error below.

I have used the same method to compile with cfengine V2.0.5 and that
compiles just fine.
Any ideas to my problem?
