cfexec daemon mode

I have looked at the sources and the definitions in cf.defs.h for:
        #define exec_ifelapsed 2
        #define exec_expireafter 10

are changed in versions 2.0.7p3 and 2.1.0a9 was 5 and 10. With
the new settings cfexecd run twice in the five minute interval
instead of running once. Why is this changed?

I noticed it when i got a lot connections to my cfservd server ;(
