Did you exchange keys? You need to place a copy of the other machine's
public key in /var/cfengine/ppkeys.
If you've done that, then the reverse DNS lookup for the connection may be
failing. Check out the SkipVerify command in the manual and try placing
that in your cfservd.conf file on the server.
