Failure to detect IP addresses

I'm running 2.1.0p1 on AIX 5.2, as well as HAXD (HACMP/HAGEO).

I'm using the cluster IP address that fails over between nodes to
trigger certain policies that should only apply when our clustered app
is running on a specific node...

However, cfengine isn't creating classes for all of my IP's on my
network interfaces.

Here's the output of netstat, showing all my interfaces and their IP's
(including aliased IP's):

I'm looking specifically for the alias 129.99.4.10, which fails over
between nodes taking our app with it.
