FWIW I'm also seeing occasional (every 2 days or so) segfaults on 2.1.1,
RH9. I'm having a hard time capturing a corefile, though. I thought
'ulimit -c unlimited' in the parent shell would cause a corefile to be 
saved but there's something else I'm missing. 

One comment about your backtrace Lance, you need to load
up the debugging symbols or this is not going to be useful. Are you doing
'file /usr/sbin/cfservd' inside gdb before your 'bt'?
