Friendstatus and peer to peer monitoring

Okay - I am getting ready to release 2.1.7 soon and have
now fixed the problems with surrounding peer to peer self-monitoring
of hosts using the pull-based voluntary RPC calls.

Examples (Chip, you asked) are now sketched in the FAQ as plugin
methods. I have been testing this for some time here at Oslo
and it works quite nicely. See:

This will tells us when a host is down.

I shall be explaining things in more detail at LISA in the
advanced cfengine workshop.
