resolve order reversed in 2.1.7?

Hi,

Between versions 2.0.4 and 2.1.7, the order of resolve entries has been
reversed:

---file cf.test---
control:
        actionsequence = ( resolve )

resolve:
        192.168.0.1
        192.168.0.2
        10.0.0.1
        10.0.0.2
---end cf.test---

The above file would append the four lines in that order to
/etc/resolv.conf in 2.0.4; in 2.1.7, it would prepend them, *in reverse
order*.  The docs do state that the line order is supposed to be
preserved.
