Zeev,

 What do you want to acomplish. Do you run cfexecd as daemon or as 
single shot (cfexecd -F)? In you want to run it as daemon that make a 
crontab entry that checks if cfexecd is running.

if you run it in single shot mode (cfexecd -F). Update your crontab with 
the cfexecd statements. This means that there is no daemon running!

cfexecd is the daemon that starts cfagent and cfagent uses update.conf 
not cfexecd.
