Running cfagent several times within 1 minute

Hi,

There seems to be something that checks if cfagent has already been run in
the last 60 seconds and if so, does stop cfagent without executing the
regular rules. I think if I delete the file cf_lastseen.db I can run it
again right away without having to wait.
Is there an easier and more "friendly" way to tell cfagent not to look at
the cf_lastseen.db file?
