There may be a bug, but this run did not expose it. No disable actions
were taken due to IfElapsed being active (too soon after the last run)

Can you turn off any cfexecd/cron jobs, let the system quiesce for abit, and
repeat your experiment? Just run it with '-v', the '-d2' output is superfluous.
