Version 2.1.14 released

Version 2.1.14 of cfengine is now released. 

This introduces no major features, but several minor bug fixes. The key
aim of this version is to improve stability and reliability. A few minor
cosmetic features are added. See http://www.cfengine.org for details.

Cfengine 2.1.14 contains a security enhancement to remote connections.
You should upgrade cfservd to this version before or at the same time as
cfagent to ensure compatability in file transfer.
