On FreeBSD 5.4-RC4, running on Opteron (amd64), cfengine doesn't
recognize the architecture or set the system as freebsd. cfengine
is installed from ports.)
# GNU Configuration Engine - 2.1.13
#
# ------------------------------------------------------------------------
#
# Operating System Type is freebsd
# Operating System Release is 5.4-RC4
# Architecture = amd64
So far, so good.
#
# Using internal soft-class (null) for host
This looks wrong.

# : Cfengine: I don't understand what architecture this is!
Looks like a problem.

net_iface_bge0 net_iface_bge1 net_iface_lo0 )
And the real problem - freebsd is not defined as a class.
Also, later I see -
# *********************************************************************
# Main Tree Sched: resolve pass 1 @ Fri May 6 22:28:05 2005
# *********************************************************************
#

# create -
# cfengine:evans-b2-b2-125-d: Moved -.cfsaved to repository location
# /var/cfengine
# /repository/-.cfsaved
which is weird, but I'm hoping that it's just a result of the main
problem - not identifying the host as freebsd.
Help? Is it a bug?
Thanks.
