What about just executing things in the order in which they appear within the
config files?
I am constantly fighting the action sequence to get this to happen.

cfagent could figure out all ordering using class dependencies. It
already does this some (the current "two pass" execution). Two passes
will only resolve one level of dependency, though. It is easy to find
situtations with more than one level of dependency. A general solution
would require N passes. I suspect that is what Mark has in mind, but I
am not sure.
