We checksum a number of files to monitor against unauthorized modifications.
A few of these files are supposed to be modified by scripts. I'm looking for
a way to update the checksum from these scripts without generating the
security alert message. I could just send the output to /dev/null but then
if there is a problem that message would be lost also. I'm betting I missed
something.
