This seems to have gotten lost the first time I sent it, so here's try 2...

I received email from cfengine early Monday morning:

We were off yesterday (Mon) so I did not see the emails until this morning (Tue).

pkg-get -c showed:

sudo_common 1.6.8p9,REV=2005.09.12 1.6.8p12,REV=2005.12.19

So I manually installed sudo_common and at 9:32:49 AM (today Tues) I received the following:

sudo is installed once again and working.

My questions are:

1. where did the SIGINT come from?

2. did cfengine do the right thing after receiving SIGINT?

3. why was sudo uninstalled?

4. why didn't pkg-get install the newer sudo_common?

Note: I did not install cfengine it is installed as part of SysNav, so maybe something in SysNav played a part in all this.
