RE: 2.1.19 disks: section does not appear to work

A reordering made the default "binserver" empty, which breaks
the variable expansion in links, disks... all places where "binservers"
can be used.  :-(

Most people don't have a binserver defined, but I do, so I didn't see
the problem straightaway.
