Duelling Savannah and Debbugs

Hi Guile maintainers,

I see you are running into the issue noted on
http://debbugs.gnu.org/Using.html
about using both Savannah and debbugs with the same mailing list.
Specifically, every comment sent to the Savannah tracker will open a new
bug in debbugs.

I do recommend sending the Savannah output somewhere else, eg guile-devel.

Or debbugs could perhaps moderate away everything from
address@hidden (the address that Savannah uses), but you probably
don't want that.
