Sadly, no. Even if we DID have power to sanitize the bug report itself,
it would NOT sanitize all the other archive services that have already
exposed your email. And by calling attention to your gaffe on yet
another archived list
(https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-debbugs/), you have probably
just escalated the mistake.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Streisand_effect covers the unfortunate
situation of what happens when you try to erase a digital trail, and in
so doing, actually create the opposite effect of calling attention to
the mistake in a way that just silently living with it never would have
done.
