bug#26225: [PATCH] guix: Compress and decompress xz archives in parallel.

* guix/scripts/pack.scm (%compressors): Add flag '-T0' when calling "xz".
* guix/utils.scm (decompressed-port, compressed-port,
compressed-output-port): Same.
