maintainer for Emacs ada-mode

I'm the maintainer for the Emacs ada-mode package. I'd like to get
debbugs set up properly for this.

It appears the ada-mode package is already created;
http://debbugs.gnu.org/ada-mode shows the proper bugs.

But I'm not getting emails when a bug is reported.
