Subject: [PATCH] ; Fix handling of 'not' by 'buffer-match-p'
* lisp/subr.el (buffer-match-p): Look up the cadr instead of the cdr
for the negation in 'not'.
* doc/lispref/buffers.texi (Buffer List): Update documentation.
