You should be cc'ed on every message that discusses that bug. When in
doubt, check out this page:
http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=22609
where all the discussions are recorded.
If you want to receive messages even when you are not cc'ed, you need
to subscribe to address@hidden (but that will send you all the
messages about all the Emacs bugs).
