flex-2.5.27 with MS VS .NET (instructions and patches)

Hello all,

I have made some minor modifications to get flex-2.5.27
to work with MS VS .NET.  I'm attaching a tarball with
some instructions and three patch files.

If these patches meet with approval, I suggest they go
into the flex sources.

This should not need the Cygwin or another unix-like
environment, but it does need the patch program (just
to apply the patches) which I'm not sure how to work
around in a standard MS environment.

Anyway, hope this helps anyone.
