I think that one is the Oxford spelling and the other the Cambridge
spelling, but I have forgotten which one is which. Oxford and Cambridge
host the British schools where evidently the upper, ruling classes go,
which is why these dialects used to be important when defining the British
version of the English language (but not anymore, as it is now defined via
massmedia also among the ruling classes).
