1. Please delete blanks around '='.

   At first, you had better replace your $HOME/.globalrc with original
   'global.conf' and modify it GRADUALLY. Maybe, there are many faults
   in your $HOME/.globalrc, I think.

2. Would you please confirm what is invoked by the name 'gctags'?

        % gctags --version
