[Help-glpk] [ANN] GLPK 4.9 Delphi API Updated

What's new

The biggest part of the solver have been converted to pascal code.
Theses features have not been converted to pascal but are still available in the library:
 - Mathprog parser,
 - IOS functions,
 - IES function,
 - Interior point solver,
 - Harwell-Boeing parser
If you don't uses these features you will probably don't need to link your application with the dll.
If you want to use the original solver in the library simply comment {$DEFINE CONVERSION} in glpklib.pas
The pascal conversion can speed up some of your problems, especially binary problems.
