Dear Erwin:

I´m not admin, but I think this may help. There is a win32 pre-compiled 
executable version of GLPK in the folder "Bin" whithin your GLPK intallation 
directory. The file name is glpsol.exe. I suggest you to open a DOS-console 
and, after finiding the bin folder, type in it "glpsol.exe --help" to read 
the general user guidelines. There is more info about how to use it in 
appendix D of the manual (refman.pdf)
