I noticed the following args at the top of the tspsol app and couldn't
find what they mean in the docs:
NAME: SAMPLE
TYPE: TSP
COMMENT: Example from D.Phillips, A.Garcia-Diaz, p.124
DIMENSION: 21
EDGE_WEIGHT_TYPE: EXPLICIT
EDGE_WEIGHT_FORMAT: LOWER_DIAG_ROW
EDGE_WEIGHT_SECTION
0
164 0
328 164 0
491 328 164 0
blah, blah, blah...
EOF
Is there new docs that contain the format of the tsp file?
I need to solve litterally thousands of tsp problems as a subset to
another optimization problem and I'm using R for my sims. Can I use the
R-gpl package as easily as tspsol?
Thanks,
Jeff.
