There was an unofficial Visual Basic GLPK interface at
<http://gottfried.lindner.bei.t-online.de/glpk.htm>. However, at the
moment it seems to be unavailable.
If you need to solve an LP or MIP, why not to use the modeling language
GNU MathProg, which is a subset of AMPL?
