Is this new? GLPK's home page http://www.gnu.org/software/glpk/#lists says GLPK 
has two mailing lists: <address@hidden> and <address@hidden> and 'The main 
discussion list is <address@hidden>, and is used to discuss all aspects of 
GLPK, including its development and porting.'

Can you give me an adress for this unannounced list as I am probably quite 
interested in reading it.
