To make the use of GLPK easier with C#, I made a wrapper some time ago:

It is written in C++/CLI to produce a .NET library.
I do not release a version with each GLPK but it should be straightforward to compile it with the latest version.

To use it just add a reference on the library and follows the example as a quick start.
