Dear Sylvain, I advise you to use a newer version of GLPK. I use version 4.36 with Java and I have no problem. For example,
you can download the archive glpsol_dll-4.37-32bit.zip
from the site http://sourceforge.net/projects/winglpk/.
It contains the *. jar and *. dll files (for windows) you need.
