Dear All
   Can anyone help me how to call glpk_4_45.dll

I could build this dll using Build_GLPK_with_VC9_DLL.BAT available in win32 
folder.
I am not able to register this dll using regsvr32  

I want to use the methos/funtions of glpk in C# using visual studio 8.
