My monbre is Dante Baldeon belong in the National Engineering

the work they do, my view is that I would like to manipulate the simplex
method to apply a method that I developed specifically for programming
problem linear two levels, if I could explain how access this code would
be grateful and if I had a reference as handling would be much better, I
would like to contribute to further development.
