Besides 32- and 64-bit executables it includes GLPK for Java.
Users of Linux or other Posix systems may download GLPK for Java 1.0.37 from

The package 'glpk' does not exist in Debian Jessie (the testing version
of Debian). I suggest to use
https://packages.debian.org/stable/libglpk-dev
as reference in future release notes.
