python-mode not found

I don't have a big experience with emacs ( config side )
but so far for me is a very good editor ( would be the best if it wasn't so big 
)
and I use it for about 2 years.

Now when I want to write some python scripts I see I don't have a python-mode.
Is there a plugin or something ?

info: I use this ver.:
      GNU Emacs 20.7.1 (i386-*-nt4.0.1381) of Tue Jun 13 2000 on buffy
