etags

Hi,

I'm using the really useful etags command. However I don't want to waste
my time to maintains this file
for each source change. A simple idea was to use a cron task to update
the file, but my problem was to
update the TAGS read from emacs automatically like a kind of process
that will read the file evey x.

Someone knows a solution to update the TAGS file in emacs ?
