error while starting emacs

Hi,
I am using gnu emacs 21.1 on windows nt. today i tried
to install XEmacs on same machine and uninstalled. now
when i am tring to start emacs i get error "Cannot
open load file: c:/logins/shailesh/emacs/emacro.el"
and my .emacs file is not get invoked.
