Without many exceptions the invocation of commandline "runemacs ." from
within a '.bat' script always end up in two "zombie" processes: Winoldap
and Emacs. At least first time the '.bat'-file is invoked. After killing
these processes the '.bat'-file works fine. Is this a known bug, or is
Windows98 playing games again?
