emacs for BS2000?

I hope this is the right forum.  apologize if not. 

I am finding hints all over that there is a port of emacs for Fujitsu
Siemens Computers BS2000/Posix environment.  Does anyone out there know
about a port for BS2000 and how and where to get it?
