Xdefaults for Emacs

Hi,

What are the X resources for the following emacs component ?

- the location of  the scrollbar (left/right)

- the background color of the toolbar

- the background color of the help menu that pops up when you click on the help 
icon in
the toolbar ("?" icon)

- the filenames in the lesstif file selection boxes


Unfortunately, there's no place where one can find these, and editres makes 
emacs
segfault. That's a pity because a free software should give its users enough
information to customize it to their needs.
