PSGML will edit XML schema files perfectly well, if you the DTD that
W3C release for XML schema.
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema.dtd
Alternatively the latest version of PSGML will edit fine without DTD,
but with reduced functionality.
What PSGML will not do is interpret XML schema, and allow you to edit
an XML instance defined by that schema. For this you either have to
convert the schema into DTD (which is a lossy translation, so this is
not perfect), or use the DTD less editing of PSGML.
