I'd like to discuss moving it out of the contrib directory, and make it 
an official part of EMacro.

It would also help to know how to detect that the system connects to a 
Palm, such as finding "palmsynch.exe" in the PATH.

If this doesn't help, perhaps inspecting w32 registry keys helps?
