Currently not, because there is no fortran semantic-parser available and ECB
is based completely on the parsing-capabilities of semantic, means ECB
supports always exactly these languages supported by semantic.
Write a a semantic bnf-file for fortran and ECB will support fortran... ;-)
But i think in the near future there will be released the first beta release
of semantic 2.0 and AFAIK semantic 2.0 supports more languages than current
version 1.4 but i do not know if fortran is included?
