[CVS Emacs] I can't make install

Subject: [CVS Emacs] I can't make install

User-agent: Gnus/5.1003 (Gnus v5.10.3) Emacs/21.3.50 (gnu/linux)

`make install' fails, then I do
make distclean; ./configure ; make bootstrap ; make install 
it fails again. :(

How to solve it?
