The Emacs 21.3 source tarball is now available for downloading from the GNU
server <http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/emacs/emacs-21.3.tar.gz>. It works!
It's probably also available from the mirror sites by now.

Email: aacm@muuc.dee; to decode, wherever there is a repeated letter
(like "aa"), remove half of them (leaving, say, "a").
