Hi,Does anyone know how to configure ispell on win XP so it will work properly from within emacs.? I am using emacs 21.1.1, ispell 3.2.06. I would like to check-spell buffers while working in Tex mode in emacs. At the moment, although the process seem to begin correctly from within emacs via tools>spell>spell check buffer (in Tex mode) , the process hangs with the message "continuing to spell check with the default dictionary..." after few words down the buffer.
Ispell seem to work ok in a DOS prompt. Would anyone know how to make sure the configuration is correct for emacs? Does the file ispell.el has anything to do with it? I downloaded this file from http://www.kdstevens.com/~stevens/ispell-page.html#patches but I don't really know where to place it.
thanks much, Gideon
