Opening multiple windows.

Hi, 
        I have installed XEmacs 21.4 on windows xp. 
        When I open multiple files by double clicking 
        they appear in the same frame in different buffers. 
        It would be a lot easier for me if each file 
        would appear in a different frame. 
        Do you know what I have to change to acheive this.
