Hi Eli Zaretskii!

I am sending myself a test message using Outlook Express 6. Message is
encoded with Cyrillic(Windows).

That what I get in RMAIL - the full message after running the command
rmail-toggle-header.

the message - two words are not decoded. charset="windows-1251" and I
have it in my .emacs file as I showed it. What is the problem?

I am just a beginning user of emacs and read the manual
through. Actually the manual is very good. But the part concerning
coding systems is not fully described.
