Does anybody know how to make `M-x info` use the vi key controls (like
$info --vi-keys)? I've tried the various emacs vi modes, but I haven't
figured out how to follow info cross-references in these modes. I also
tried starting a shell in emacs and running info from there; that
doesn't work either (the terminals too dumb).
